I just joined facebook. I know some people will think I'm a bit of a retard to say so but this is the truth.
To be honest, I am not a very big fan of chatting or playing the cyber-social game because I'm bad at it. But the thing is there are so many people who I know but don't have the chance to meet either because they are not in Bahrain anymore or because of the fact that I don't have that much time to spend with friends due to the hideous work shift I'm stuck with.
So there you go. I've surrendered to the new cyber-age. Alas!

ReplyDeletewhen i joined FB 11 months ago i was amazed by the number of friends i found who i haven't met for years .
So far I think this is the most beneficial thing you can get from it.

ReplyDeleteAgree with you totally on the part of meeting friends on facebook but what about all the negative things we've been hearing, like the Swiss lady who was fired because of facebook.
